Since the dawn of time, dance has played an inseparable role in the tradition of instrumental music.

Sport certainly occupies an important place in Ireland.  Above all, we must not believe that rugby is the favorite game of the Irish.  Hurling and Gaelic football, typically Irish sports, practiced by hundreds of thousands of players grouped in the GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association), are clearly more popular.

The goal of this game is to score more points (or goals) than the opponent.  Each team is made up of 15 players.

The club, called hurley or camán and The ball, called sliotar, is made of leather and has a diameter of 65 millimeters;

The goalkeeper plays with a bat that has a handle twice the size of the other players.  A good shot can reach speeds of 150 km / h and a distance of 80 meters.

 Players can carry the ball with their hands, kick it, pass it with a fist or pass it by themselves dribbling between foot and hand.  Roles, modes of points and fouls are mirrored between the various Gaelic sports and the rules are almost entirely the same as those of hurling and camogie.  A goalkeeper, who can manage the ball in his hand freely as in football, six defenders, two midfielders and six attackers come onto the pitch.
