I was refereeing a football tournament across a full weekend

There was multiple occasions where parents and players weren't happy with decisions that didn't go there way. However whenever I was put on the spot in a confrontation with a parent I felt like I handled each situation very well and managed to deflate the situation by calmly explaining my decision.

When I refereed a tournament earlier this year I helped set the tournament up with another 9-10 people which took all day but would've taken longer if we didn't work as a big group.

while being the linesman for college football games in the last few weeks i have had to work in a team with another linesman and a referee to make sure the match is calm and nothing bad happens that could cause injury.
