Thank you for making lessons fun and interesting by engaging the class through games such as kahoot or even using videos. The kahoots were interesting especially when it’s tea / gossip about the composers in the past.

You’ve always been so patient and never once raised your voice at us even if we do get a little noisy occasionally. Thank you for also showing care and concern for our well-being and for willingly giving us assistance or extra help in our work. :)

I took up music o levels as I was interested and passionate about music and wanted to learn more about it. Though my grades aren’t exactly the best, I don’t regret taking it because I’ve learnt so much more through your lessons. And now, I’ll strive to practise hard and hopefully be able to sightread like the legendary Ms Zhou. Thank you for guidance throughout these two years :D

Initially I started music for me to pursue my interest, thinking that i’d do really well in it. But as my medical condition started to get serious over the months and prevented me from coming for lessons, my grades started to drop. However, you were always there to guide me to help me improve and I am really thankful for that. 

I really enjoy all those kahoot sessions where we were able to have fun together as a class and those times where you laughed at my chinese bc u overheard me trying to speak a few sentences to megan / gladdis. I’m really thankful for your critics & praises which not only helps me improve as a musician, but also as a person. I think one thing that really inspired me was your kindness, that you’ve never once scolded nor raised your voice at us, but instead talk us down gently, asking us about our well-being etc. Overall i think you played a huge part in my journey as a music student and I’m really thankful for you being involved in my journey. Thank you for your effort in teaching us these past 2 years. Throughout my time in your class, i have found lessons easy to follow and concise. To be honest i was really nervous when i first joined music because my theory is not the best but you broke it down in your slides in such a way that i forgot why i was so overwhelmed in the first place :D

Ms Zhou, you have definitely inspired me with your gentle way of teaching and how you are so reliable and approachable. I also really loved the random cute videos you'd show us as well as the fun/educational Kahoot quizzes! Another thing i found very memorable was when you performed for us last year, i was completely in awe of your talent. I really admire your passion for music. 

I will most definitely miss this music class and i can only hope to continue music as long as i can. I hope to be as patient and knowledgeable as you are one day. Thank you for this two years of guidance and teaching. It has been a rollar coaster ride for this two years with every different things coming in different direction. I know it has been hard on everyone but I think you have done a really good job in teaching and also bring out everyone's character. You are such a paitent teacher without failing to reply to all of our questions and smile with us with all the cranky things our class has done to everyone. You have also made me a better person and made me acknowledge my shortcomings and face it with strength. You brought out my soft side that I have never really been able to show anyone because of my past. You have also allowed me to see music in a different perspective and guided me so much into the background and history of music. Moreover, you never failed to look out for every student and give us valuable feedback whenever we are wrong. To be honest, I am really thankful to be in your class as it has really opened my eyes into the big music world. Music has always been my hobby, but after studying and learning from you, it is not just a hobby but also a passion. I have no idea whether music will be following me to the next level, but whatever has been over here will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you for being such a wonderful teacher! I have really enjoyed attending music lessons, with the amount of effort you have put in to make each lesson entertaining and informative. I really appreciate the the kahoot quizzes and games that we played in class, as it made it so much fun and exciting, especially after a long day at school. You are a amazing teacher, and is the reason why I'm slowly starting to pass music overall(^o^).... hehe. (although I'm pretty sure I just get distracted too easily) 
As we graduate soon, I think i now do stand a chance to get a better grade in music, most of it due to the past year papers that we do in class, which really helps a lot.
