My name is Sonia Pérez, I am Colombian, I live in the city of Villavicencio, I am studying Business Administration, I work in a Public Service Company, I like to listen to music and drink coffee, I like to do social work, I am a Woman who believes in God.I live in Villavicencio with my son, in a two-story house, my house is small, but very nice, it has large windows, in front of it there is a large garden, a large tree, it is located within a closed complex, it is Very quiet, it has a swimming pool and many green areas, it is close to two gyms, a market square, several beauty salons, two schools and three pharmacies.I get up at 5 in the morning, I like to have eggs, arepas and fruit for breakfast. I Go to work by motorcycle, at noon I have my lunch, which is chicken, salad and potatoes, I finish work at five in the afternoon, on Wednesdays I go to church where I serve as an usher, sometimes I have broth or oatmeal for dinner I do my homework and go to bed at eleven at night, on weekends I do my university work, I spend time with my family and go to church, I study English three times a week.

I have had many problems with my email, first I couldn't open the email and then it wouldn't let me get the messages out of it. 8

I have studied with the E-Book, it is a very complete and easy to use tool, I also find it enjoyable to learn and remember topics already seen. 8

If I have participated and I have received a response, it seems to me an important tool to move forward, but I do not understand the indicated times very well. 8

It was a review of vocabulary, grammar exercises, reading and writing and some audios 7

Is what I am learning important? Because? Yes, of course, it is very important for my personal and academic growth, and even more so now that I have many friends in the United States. 8

How does this learning contribute to my personal and professional life?

For me it is a challenge to improve myself every day and learn something new every day, I spend a lot of time in my life and now I see things differently and my career is not with others, it is with myself, step by step improve myself as person and be better every day than yesterday. 7

The main touristic places in Villavicencio are: Malocas Park, Ocarros Biopark, Fundadores Park, the village of El Carmen and Our Lady of Carmen Cathedral.-What is the typical food in your city?The typical food in my city is: llanera meat, sancocho, rice bread, fried cachama, hallacas, among others.-What are the main ingredients of the typical food?The Mamona, this dish consists of the sacrifice of a "Creole" calf; where later the pieces of meat are removed, which are then rammed into large stakes placed around a bonfire, over a low heat, after having put salt on it, sitve with salty potato, yucca and guacamole - What are the main celebrations in your city?The main celebrations in my city are: International Joropo Tournament, Catama Livestock and Agroindustrial Exhibition Fair, Coleo World Meeting, World Cowgirl Women's Contest.- What do people do in those celebrations?People usually, participate in the different activities that are carried out, such as: coleo, joropodromo, sheep and horse exhibition and gastronomic sample.- What activities can visitors do in your city or town?In my city visitors can play bowling in the bowling alley, visit the Primavera Urbana shopping center, also take a walk on the sidewalk of Carmen.

Si es una herramienta muy práctica para estudiar inglés y como otros ejercicios que han compartido en las webcoferencia y los b.learning. 8

· ¿Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados con todos los aportes requeridos?

Si me gusta participar en los foros a tiempo porque se obtiene la retroalimentación del docente. 8

· ¿Preparé y dediqué suficiente tiempo para realizar una buena presentación oral en el video y/o en el encuentro sincrónico?

Si me prepare para una buena presentación oral del video, pero creo que no puedo parar, necesito seguir practicando. 7

· ¿Me siento más seguro de expresarme Oralmente en Inglés?

Si y he implementado varios concejos que me han dado los tutores, como ver las películas en inglés, escuchar música en inglés, y realizar los ejercicios de las diferentes plataformas que nos han compartido, si me siento más seguro, pero debe seguir practicando. 7

· ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?

El ingles es fundamental en nuestra vida personal y profesional, muchas de mis amigos han migrado a los Estados Unidos y he pensado en visitarlos me gustaría sorprenderlos al poder manejar el idioma mejor, adicional a esto en varias ocasiones cuando compras algún articulo de ultima tecnología su manual es en ingles.
