To kick things off, I'll start! When I performed the iteration of "First Thing in the Morning" that I recorded on September 12, 2024, I certainly didn't think anything of it. I was not in tune with my feelings as I performed each step. My sole focus was just on getting each step done so that I could get on with my day. However, by further analyzing my own process I have, in parallel with my work on my project, come to see it and its affect on me in an entirely new way. I am much more conscious of each action as I do it, and read into how it makes me feel and the sensations it evokes more than I ever have before. Also, your reflection doesn't have to be this long. :)
