I do believe the Earth is in a population crisis, many countries in more of a detreimental state than other. Many countries are unable to function due to the overcrowding and high population densities and my people are jobless, and are under brutal living conditions. 

2. The Earth’s population increase will definitely effect the sustainibility of our planet. Many resources will become limited or unavailable due to so many individuals thriving for the same products. Competition will definitely become an issue over individuals competing for jobs, property as well as resources and our planet will not be as easily capable of accommodating all of these humans. 

3. Steps to create a more sustainable future can include putting limits on resources for individuals in order to preserve what we do have on our planet.

Most future population growth is thought to take place in urban centres in middle - low income countries. This means the impact of gaining several billion people may be very small. People living in these areas have historically consumed little.

CO2 emissions will increase. 

People should try to be more environmentally conscious. Driving less and being less wasteful can make space for the extra pollution that comes with population growth.

Yes I believe that the earths population is in crisis. We are running out of space and resources on the planet. Many countries around the world are already over populated as it is and sooner rather than later we will run out of either resources or space and we wont be able to sustain the growing populous.

2. The overpopulation will effect the sustainability of the Earth in ways such as climate change. Global warming is already an issue as it is and as more people are brought into the world the issue becomes more prominent. Also resources are going to become an issue we wont have enough resources to sustain the growing population. There will be a limiting factor when it comes to resources and that factor will become more prominent as the population grows.

3. I think initiatives should be taken to lower the amount of children in families but it shouldn’t be law it should be more as a suggestion to have a certain amount of children. There should be lots of active research into finding a new planet that is capable of sustaining life as crazy as that sounds. Even if that planet is used for growing crops and more resources for our survival on Earth. Lastly the world needs to make a real effort at stoping global warming because of the real harm it is causing.

I do not believe that the Earth is overpopulated because there are portions of land in which no one lives. For instance the population of Canada is around 40 million people although this country might actually host a greater number of individuals. As stated in the article, the problem is the consumption of goods and production of greenhouse gases that is causing big troubles. In case the number of individuals will become extremely large, Governments should finance an international association whose duty would be to monitor the equal distribution of people in the planet and the use of goods and substances that should be used in a sustanaible way.

This exponential growth will further decrease the standard of living in poor countries, as well as consume the world's resources at a much faster rate than what would be preferred.
