         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Seek first to understand &amp; then to be understood</strong> - Seek to understand your customers needs and what they are looking for in your product, for example a customer approaches a builder to help them with a building project, the builder must first understand what is important to the client and why they are wanting to undertake this project, the builder should then explain to the client about how his process works any why he does things this way. Hopefully he will then be understood.<br><br><strong>Put things first - </strong>Prioritizing your tasks. Understanding what needs to be done first to achieve your goals. Example you may want to increase your sales but you first need to make sure that you have the systems set up and ready to go for when enquirers come in you know what steps to take in order to convert these into sales.<br><br>Michelle<br><br></div>]]></description>
