Tech Startup Package

What distinguishes Andrew from other lawyers for IT startups? Exceptional personal service and knowledgeable, prompt legal counsel are provided by Andrew, who is reachable by phone or text at all hours of the day, every day of the week. Additionally, unlike some other legal firms that claim no additional fees as part of their beginning package only to reveal that you have a limited period of time to ask questions about the work that was done for you, Andrew doesn't pull any fast ones.

In order to fully understand the startup packages offered by competing sites that advertise Delaware incorporation services, Andrew advises prospective clients who wish to do business in Delaware to explore all of those sites. All of the time required to prepare and revise the agreements is covered by our law firm Startup Package, including all conversations and emails between Andrew and clients. Additionally, we offer guidance on the number of shares that Delaware should be authorized to issue as well as the restricted shareholder agreements' vesting schedule.

All of Andrew's time spent creating the agreements, as well as all calls and emails about inquiries about and revisions to the agreements, are included in our law firm's Tech Startup Legal Package for Entrepreneurs.

If you require the creation of a Privacy Policy Agreement and Data Processing Addendum to satisfy both California law and the EU GDPR, there is an extra charge.

For an additional $1,500, we can draft a data processing addendum and privacy policy for compliance with the EU GDPR and California's privacy law, which in March 2024 will require businesses that receive 100,000 website visitors per Google Analytics to place a "do not share/do not sell button on their websites."

What Andrew tries to explain to his clients is that every technology deal is unique, and that a good technology attorney will conduct a thorough analysis of both parties, the goals of the agreement, and whether any proposed language could result in any potential future disputes between the parties.
