         <title>In my school speaking is the most challenging skill. Having tension during speaking can restrain the students most of the time.So, to overcome to this difficulty, role playing can be effective and helpful for the students. During the class I can give a dialogue, a play script or sketch to my students and want them to prepare decorations, costumes,materials etc. I can tell the stronger students “ you can memorize the lines if you want” and also tell the weaker ones “you can read from your line papers but of course in a fluent way”. So they can get ready with enough time at their houses. During the presentation of their task (role play) they can perform their best. So, weak students can have speaking activity and they can overcome the problem of tension during speaking time. In PLC I can explore edpuzzle issue with my colleagues.</title>

         <title>In my class, listening is difficult skill that I have come up with. Because thelistening activites of our our main book can be really boring most of the time. To varify and to make the lessons more enjoyable and efficient , ı will use edpuzzle which is one the most enjoyable tools of web2. In that tool, my students can watch a short video, after stopping the video automatically, they will see the questions of it. It is also combination of visual and audial material So they will enjoy and learn during the listening activities. Speaking skill is also ability of expressing themselves so speaking about their interests about definite topaç make easier their talk during the class. To adjust the students speaking about something , ı can make need analysis about their interests. After defining the most favourite topic, ı can prepare videos, pictures, or authentic materials which are related with the topic.then ı can prepare about yes/no questions( for weak ones) wh questions( for strong ones) So ı can aşk the questions about the topic. In the PLC ı would like to explore need analysis of students with my colleagues.</title>

         <title>I think in today&#39;s session which was new for me ; flipped classroom will be useful for my classes reading activities.It will be time saving for enjoyable activities during the clas.In that way ,before we started the topic, I will task my students to learn the unknown words(max. 10) at their homes and I can want them to prepare the visual materials (picturs,photos,caricature etc.)and then they will bring them to the lesson. Besides, I will want them to read the reading text before coming the lesson.When they come to the class,I want them to stick the visual materilas on the board and want them to guess their names and write under the pictures.During the class,I will want them to write 3 questions which are related the text.(y/n questions for weak ones, wh questions for strong ones) After I read aloud as a teacher in the class, I will let them to read silently once then ,they will ask and answer their questions to each other which are prepared by them.So they will have fun during the class while doing reading activity.</title>

         <title>While organizing my fisrt PLC, I want to share about  &quot;padlet&quot; with my colleagues. I can recommend it ,But ın my district; most of the students don&#39;t have mobile phone or pc, so instead of doing it on digital platform, I can prefer doing it as &quot;wallpadlet&quot;. I can define the topic first and give them tasks about searching and taking short notes about it and also I want them to bring poster&#39;s paper, related pictures and stickers or ı can prepare all materials for them, too. Then they can create their own posters and stick on the wall during the class at first half of the lesson, and at second half of the lesson they can write their own comments under the posters using colourful stickers. In this way students can be motivated via snack writing and teachers can control them easily and immediately.</title>
