         <description><![CDATA[<div>17 year old Jarnalen Dreshaw Coleman was charge with second degree murder. He arranged to meet Louise Ornduff and her son in a Bank of America parking lot for a possible sale of a Nissan Rogue. the meeting took place at 8 p.m. on October 16. He had an accomplice too. Lasupta Singletary. They were both armed and demanded the keys from Ornduff's car. They were successful in stealing the car but Ornduff fired a gun and it hit Singletary and Coleman drove the vehicle to a hospital in the area but Singletary died of his wounds later that night.          <title> First and Second Degree Murder Data (combined) </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>(I couldn't find anything that said 2016-2017 but I found 2012-2013 which I am going to use). In the graph which I am going to use (down below) it represents the murder count (both combined) in 2012-2013 it has ten cities but I'm going to use Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, and Detroit. Here are the murder counts for all of the cities I picked.<br>1. Chicago- 500 <br>2. New York- 419<br>3. Detroit-386<br>4. Los Angeles-299<br>And here is the murder count for 2013 <br>1. Chicago-412<br>2. New York-333<br>3. Detroit- 332<br>4. Los Angeles- 255<br>as you can see the murder rate has gone down and it probably has been going down the past few years also which is really good. </div>]]></description>
