Professional knowledge and Practice.
Professionally meet the educational needs of diverse learners, including those who have special needs and those for whom English is an additional Language.

EVIDENCE 1:
This Evidence was chosen as it encompasses all the traits that reflect our professional duty to provide an environment that is inviting for all tamariki and whanau regardless of gender, culture, disability, values or beliefs. We are trained graduates that have hopefully understood the value of INCLUSION and the NORMALIZATION of a environment to allow learning to occur at ones own pace. Therefore advocating for most if not all injustices that our tamariki face requires our need to stand up and support their development through building close relationships with the child and their whanau.
EVIDENCE 2
EVIDENCE 2
Understanding that in majority of our low Socio economic communities that many of our Pasifika and Maori families are associated with English as an additional language, and therefore providing a learning environment that emulates their cultural background with their particular language being encouraged is a positive way for tamariki to learn in a safe and inclusive environment. This evidence from my recent Away practicum shares my understanding of my learners and how they learn.
