K-12 institutions strive for providing a positive and inclusive environment for all students, but is that happening for our educators who are part of the LGBTQ+ community? LGBTQ+ educators are still being overlooked and do not feel that their workplace environment, schools, district, etc., is conducive to being an inclusive workplace for them to feel welcomed and be who they are.
