         <description><![CDATA[<div> 1. To what extent has Vietnam’s response to the global financial crisis helped its manufacturing sector remain viable? <br><br>2. This is debatable issues because the policies to force the financial policies in general effective for majority of economy but still have some the liitle bit negative efffects on budgets and other activities besides producting sector in economy. <br><br>3. the debate of this issues <br>- For: VietNam respond there matters by some policies: Implementation of flexible monetary - financial policy  (manipulation the interest rate and foreign exchange rate) , public spending limitation, Tax extension and exemption for business activities, Carrying out demand stimulus, Encourage Vietnamese people use Vietnamese goods<br>- Against: <br>+  The potential risk of inflation and credit risks was also high.<br>+ The risk of increasing debt of the Government was higher because of the supporting fiscal package for vulnarable company, foreigner invested enterprised and the old remain depts of government that were still unpayable before the outbreak global financial crisis.<br>+ The support pakage of interest rate and exemptions of postponning corporate and personal income taxes have significantly reduced budget revenues <br>+ There were inequalities between organisation and individuals in accessing to the preferential policies of the Government - only for production and business , not for all activities an the whole economy <br><br>4. My positiion is For: <br>Vietnam had some effective measures in response to the global financial crisis which help its manufacturing sector remain viable such as three best measure:  <br>+ Monetary policy (interest rate, exchange rate)<br>+ Spending 2 consecutive economic stimulus packages<br>+ Encouragement the local people supporting domestic product market<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
