Most people with Syphilis develop only one chancre, some people develop several of them. The chancre develops normally about 3-6 weeks after exposure and they can develop the penis, scrotum, vulva, vagina, anus or lips or in the mouth.</strong><br><br></div>]]></description>

When a mother with Syphilis passes the infection to her baby during pregnancy this is know as Congenital Syphilis. Babies born with Congenital Syphilis can have bone damage, severe anemia, enlarged liver and spleen, jaundice, nerve problems causing blindness or deafness, meningitis, or skin rashes.</strong></div>]]></description>
