Data Analysis and Visualization, Family Engagement, Training Facilitator,  Americorps Life Coach (segal, HR, loans,hours guidance) 1st years would have a specific non-manager point person to support with those sections of support and those seniors would get to work toward tangible, resume building skills. Example: By May, the Data Analysis and Visualization Senior would be able to tell future employers that they know how to pull Salesforce Reports, audit data for a program this size, and manipulate raw data to present it to a variety of stakeholders.

Opportunities to work on other projects that interested me helped combat this significantly (such as the REDI Taskforce teams), helping with CE tasks, RPYP etc.
