The electron beam process can achieve the properties improvement. This process also can be known as the valuable tool that use to impart the physical properties into the commodity plastic create the specialty products. The examples of the commodity plastic are EVA, PVC, PVDF, nylon and fluoropolymers. 

The manufacturing do creates product with:

2)      Crosslinked foam

3)      Heat shrinkable

4)      Pex pipe

5)      Specialty formed part in many sizes and shapes.

A shower of fast moving electron strike a product as it is conveyed through the beam. The long chain molecules of polymer been ionized by fast electron. The ionized polymer chain connect to each other and cross link polymer matrix created. The polymer matrix created can improve the physical properties compared to the original material. It will improve the heat resistance and eliminate the distortions in high temperature applications. The creep resistance also impart and the product will retain it shape after pressure applied.
