I have 1 graduated from college this May 2018, one a Sophomore in college and a Freshman in Walnut High School
I enjoy watching the waves 
I like to teach and eventually will strive to teach future teachers
This journey has been full of riding the waves but it will always begins with "one step". 
This is the love of my life at my favorite place in the world (the beach) watching sunset.

Then, we have our second child- a daughter who can conquer anything she sets her mind to. After 4 years of raising the older two, a beautiful baby girl was born.

I am trained in GLAD, PBIS, and a union negotiation team member by exercising my civic right to be an agency of change
I am advocating for  our preschool educator's compensation, health benefits, and retirement plan. I am an active member of our Duarte Unified Educators Association. I learned that teachers' compensation is among the lowest and preschool teacher's compensation is even worst- my salary alone will NOT be sufficient to provide for my family. That fuels my passion to fight for our rights to be well compensated!
