The leadership in Rome was not good they constantly wanted to to be the best and would do anything .The Empire became to big and things were not controlled. People had to pay taxes because of the rich

and to fund the army. The GOV. was giving all the money to the army so eventually inflation started to happen.With all this people became unemployed.
