         <title>I am working towards improving my sleeping habits by implementing a nightly routine, including charging my phone in my basement, cleaning my room, brushing my teeth, and reading a book before bed. By having a routine, I am hoping to relax more before bed, which will improve my quality of sleep.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I made a graph depicting the hours of sleep I got each night to make it easier for me to visualize how well I am doing. I have missed recording a few days, but overall I have been pretty successful at this. I am going to try to improve my 7 hour/night goal by consistently get 8 hours of sleep each night now!</div>]]></description>

         <title>Struggles</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have found myself struggling to stick to my routine and get to bed on time lately. It has been especially challenging because I usually have a lot of things I need to finish before bed. I've decided to change some things regarding my goal in order to make it more achievable. I am going to have my night routine start at most twenty minutes before bed. This will be more manageable than my original plan of forty-five minutes. I am also going to not have reading a part of my nightly routine. As much as I love reading for fun and want to implement it into my  routine, it is just not realistic for me right now to include it. Even though I've been experiencing some setbacks, I am determined to continue working on improving my sleep!</div>]]></description>

         <title>Positive update!</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Although I've been struggling, there was one day this past week that I really focused on getting quality sleep. I got a full eight hours in, and I felt very awake during my classes and noticed in increase in my focus levels. This definitely is a motivator for me to keep working on this!</div>]]></description>

         <title>Final Thoughts</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Throughout this behavior change project, I've learned that changing habits is definitely a process and a journey. Working on getting enough sleep is something that I will continue to keep working on to improve my health. I've experienced some downfalls, but I've also experienced really great successes that motivate me to keep going. It's easy to be hard on myself when I don't succeed, but I've really learned to accept the struggles, learn from them, and move forward while keeping a positive attitude! These are things I hope to help other people realize as I go forward in my career as a health promotion professional!</div>]]></description>
