  1. Grouping- I used the data to create differentiated lessons for different groups of students.


  1. Planning- I incorporated more explicit instruction in vocabulary into my minilessons throughout the year, stressing grammar, spelling, and usage. Also taught word roots, prefixes and suffixes.


How can we use the DRP data from spring 2024 to revise our curriculum maps?


  1. Use the words from the DRP to create vocabulary lists- don't necessarily have to be the same exact words but can contain similar word roots, prefixes, and suffixes

  2. Implement school wide high frequency vocabulary lists that teachers can use across subject areas to support literacy
