  • Generally I always have a constant thought stream

  • In the morning when I focused on just letting my mind wander I found that instead of thinking it allowed my mind to go blank

    • making the opposite of what normally happens, happen

  • It allowed me a moment of peace rather than thinking about what I'm trying to plan for the next week

    • This ended up relaxing me more than just letting my mind wander as it usually does that anyways

  • This was very different from the last task because it was much more relaxing than the previous, allowing my mind to go blank is not something I can do very often.

    • I felt like my head was more clear momentarily, it allowed me to focus more on what I was doing while I let thoughts come in

    • I used that time to daydream about a potential D&D campaign that if I ever had the time I would want to run, one with a lot of dragons.
