Wingsuit
In this type of sport, both individual and team participation is allowed.

Equipment required: a helmet with glasses, a flying squirrel suit, but only experienced parachutists are allowed to jump in a wingsuit. The main requirement here is at least 200 parachute jumps.
Wingsuit manufacturers have their own training programs for those who want to practice this discipline as an instructor or a simple parachutist.The jump can take place both from an airplane and from buildings, natural peaks—mountains

Wingsuit flight is most similar to bird flight. A wingsuit allows the parachutist to fly forward instead of downward. The best pilots are able to fly at a height of 1 kilometer with a tailwind of 3.5 kilometers horizontally.

As children, we climbed on fences, trees, garages and other heights and jumped to the ground. Parents said it would go away with age, but it didn't go away for basejumpers.

This type of extreme sport consists in jumping with a parachute from a relatively low height: a high-rise building, a bridge and other heights. Basejumping is one of the most dangerous and difficult areas of parachuting, the training of which is allowed only to those who already have more than 200 jumps from an airplane.

Jumps must be precise, so basically basejumpers are already experienced parachutists who know exactly how and what works, how the dome opens, how the body behaves in the flow space. The most important thing in base jumping is concentration. When you stand at the exit - the place from where the jump takes place, all thoughts should be focused on the jump and the absolutely correct sequence of all movements. The danger is that there is not much time for the jump and you need to have time to open the parachute. Many extremes wait until the last and at the very end only pull on the ring. Sometimes, such heroism has very, very sad consequences.

Sepak takraw:
Sepak takraw is a fun combination of football and volleyball. Sepaktaru is a team game and looks like volleyball, only a few but: firstly, the participants are forbidden to touch the ball with their hands during the game, and secondly, the ball is small and made of light synthetic materials or plastic. Sportswear is no different from volleyball: the most comfortable T-shirt and shorts, sneakers with non-slip soles. The team captain is distinguished by a special armband on his left arm.
As a game projectile, a ball of woven synthetic fabrics with a diameter of about 44 cm and a weight of up to 180 g is used. Before the advent of modern materials, the ball was made from rattan. The official name "sepak takraw" was given to the game only in 1940, although you can still find other names in various parts of Asia.
Rules of the game:
In the classic sepak takraw, two teams of three people each take part. There are no restrictions on age and gender, you can meet women's teams and teenage ones. For five games, players must prove themselves as much as possible and score 15 points in each round. The match continues until three victories of one of the opponents. After the end of the game, the teams are given the opportunity to rest, the break lasts 2 minutes.
Today, this unusual sport attracts more and more attention. France, Great Britain, Germany and the USA have organized national sepak takraw federations

Chessboxing is a sport that combines chess and boxing.
This sport was popularized by the Dutchman Ipe Rubing, who became the first middleweight chessboxing world champion at the tournament in Amsterdam in 2003. In 2005, the first European Championship was held: the Bulgarian Tychomyr Tychko defeated the German Andreas Schneider in the fight for the championship title.[1]
In 2007, the German Kitsula Julian, who defeated the American David Depto, became the world champion.
This sport is especially popular in Europe. The Berlin and London clubs are the most numerous chess boxing clubs in the world.The match lasts 11 rounds: 6 rounds of chess and 5 rounds of boxing, alternating.
The rules of the chess game are based on the FIDE rules for rapid chess, and the boxing rules are based on the rules of amateur boxing competitions:
The duration of a chess round is 4 minutes. That is, each player has 12 minutes for the entire game.
A round of boxing lasts 2 minutes
There is a 1-minute break between rounds, during which the opponents must put on/take off boxing gloves and move behind the checkerboard. Usually, during chess rounds, players sit with large headphones so that they are not disturbed by the shouts of the audience.After someone has won, the match is stopped. If the chess game ends in a draw (deadlock or by agreement of the parties), then the victory is given to the one who scored more points from the judges for the boxing rounds. If the opponents score an equal number of points in the boxing rounds as well, the one who played chess with black pieces wins.

Slacklining is a sport/recreational activity that involves walking on a taut rope.Slackline is a good way to train balance and concentration, which can be used in different sports.A sling or tape of different widths with different degrees of tension is used, depending on needs and skills. The best option is a sling with a width of 2.5-6 cm, sometimes a metal cable. The sling is not pulled tight, sags, swings and tightens while moving along it.Slackline lessons originated in the 1980s in California. Adam Grossowski and Jeff Ellington walked the chains to fence the parks. After that, special slings began to be pulled, and slackline classes began to gain popularity and turned into a separate type of physical activity. Now slings for slackline are located in many parks and sports and entertainment complexes.There are several slackline techniques. Including:
classic (lowline) – the sling is stretched at a low height and the slackliner can cover the distance without belaying;
longline - walking on a rope longer than 40 meters;
trickline - various tricks are performed while walking (walking back and forth, turning, kneeling, running, jumping, etc.); waterline – walking on a rope above the surface of the water;
highline – walking on a rope that is stretched high above the ground, with mandatory use of safety;
rodeo - when walking, the sling almost does not stretch, and the sag can exceed the height of a person.

Number of players: two or four.
