In my opinion, the economic problem in Greece is complex. They have high debt and almost no possibility of paying it off. Unless they implement "austerity" measures, such as increase in tax and reduction in spending, they will be indebted to IMF and EU. Only solution (in my opinion) is for the EU and IMF to "forgive" the loan, i.e. to write off.
