At 9.00 a.m, I met with ms. Ganga who is human resource escape penang at escape penang hq. I need to fill in some employee documents related to regulations and the application of employee ethics throughout the work period. Mrs. Ganga was very welcoming to me with a happy feeling. After that, I have to undergo a urine test to make sure I am drug free. Then, I was given an escape t-shirt and a locker key. Before dividing tasks by department, I need to meet with Mr. Ali (customer service) and Mr. Helmi (my department manager) for revealing details on how to interact with customers. After that, there was a briefing on first aid training by Dzul, which is how to do CPR correctly. Food has been prepared. I was assigned to the admission department where I had to interact more with customers and this was a challenging and challenging experience. In addition, I was able to learn how to service the Costa Coffee machine. This task is quite difficult because it is my first experience. With the help of my colleagues I was able to handle it well. In the last hour before the end of duty, I was allowed to ride the chairlift which is the way up to the top which has 3 games namely the longest, tubby racer and zip coaster.

Today, I follow the rules that have been given which is to go to work at 9.00 am. I have to check and make sure the tent is clean. This is quite a challenge for me because I have to deal with people. I am very grateful to have colleagues who always give me guidance. The third day, I did work as usual. I have started to get used to customer approach. Colleagues are very helpful in improving my communication skills. I can also service the costa coffee machine by myself. Each employee is given a break time of 45 minutes in turn. Before 1 hour of work is over, I have to help the recreation team in running a small program which is dancing the poco-poco dance, dancing the chicken dance and the rainbow challenge. This program aims to increase the attraction of customers, that is, every event in this program we will provide medals to customers who are sporting. In addition, there are also several competitions that have been conducted.

Today I do my work as usual. mostly today many customers are from Korea. before work time starts, I need to wash 1 box harness equal to 50 harnesses each to make matters easier in the evening. after finishing, I have to go back to the station to greet the customers and give a little briefing before they start the game. after that, at 12:30 pm it's my turn for break time. just finished the rest, I continued to wash the 2 box harnesses again. I finished washing at 4 pm because the process of washing and hanging the harness is quite difficult. work ends at 6:15.

- Today, we don't have team building and mu turn to wash the harness. I wash 8 batch harness. I finished washing Harness at 6pm.
- After that, I helped my supervisor Kak Lia to make sure the number of Carribena and was sufficient. The total number of Carribena is 138 and the total number of Pully is 139.

-Today's customer can reach 1000 plus customer coming to Escape Penang. Harness Station will release a box of 8 batches and prepare 2 more batches if the harness is not enough. The non -stop customer came to Harness Station from 10am to 12 noon.
- Poor weather has led to a challenge for me to do a briefing on how to use Harness to the customer. But our Harness staff can handle the customer successfully with the help of our supervisor Kak Lia.
- Customers started to return Harness at 3pm and they started to go to the waterplay. I started to compile the harness according to the batch and put it in the box. I have to make sure every batch of harness is enough 50 harness

- Today it's my turn to wash the harness. I need to wash 7 boxes today.
- As Harness was washing, I started cleaning the Harness store room to look neat. In addition, I will prepare a dry and clean harness into the box for tomorrow's use. In the meantime, I will return to the washing machine to see if the Harness was completed. When it's done, I will remove the harness from the washing machine into the spare box next to the washing machine and then insert a dirty harness into the washing machine for further harness.
- After that, I would dry the harness at the Merchandise Room.
- Harness cleaning I can finish at 5pm.

- Today it's my turn to make sure some boxes need to be prepared and arrange a harness at Harness Station. Today's customer is huge around 1000 customer.
- I get a positive feedback from the customer. They all cooperate well when doing a briefing on how to use Harness properly.
- At 5pm, many customers caused The Longest Zip Coaster game to hold first.
- At 6pm, customer starts returned the harness to the Harness Station.
