         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe I would choose the Mediterranean diet; it is healthy and clean food without taking away good foods. It is basically taking out all the processed and "fake" foods. You can still eat pasta which I like because pasta is my favorite food. You can still have diary but in moderation which is okay. The only thing I dislike because I like soda and juice. </div>]]></description>
