i would implement these resources at my current employment because being on time on the job and making wisely time for training if i ever need one and being on time in work doing my full hours, how the training will result for my job performance, not asking how much employees get paid and how much salary i will get, not asking if this place pays too little or leaving the job or any circumstances, and if i dont get approved by the training i dont care becasue I already know how to work in my job and perform tasks when needed and how to properly behave and interact in the job.
