I would REALLY want to go on the holiday as holidays with my family are one of my favourite things. However I would choose to pay off the debt so that I didn't have to make a car repayment any longer and I could start to SAVE for the holiday with that extra money. I would also make that decision as it considers my future more. 

The opportunity cost of choosing to pay off my car loan is the trip of a lifetime. It is also all the memories that I would have from the holiday. Yet I would choose to pay off my car loan so it doesn't weigh on me for any longer. The sooner the car is paid off the faster I can start saving knowing I don’t have to worry about debt and I would be stress free.

 The opportunity cost of paying off the car would be not being able to travel the world and experience different places and cultures. Another cost would be missing out on what could have been amazing family bonding which is so important.
