Our teachers and administration care so much, and often so selflessly, for the well-being of our students. Our students come together and show camaraderie in the most amazing ways, and in spite of a very challenging world climate. We do this simultaneously while they are also developing the skills to be an adult. Family is one word that always comes to mind. This group of students and teachers always pull together when needed. Support is another work that stands out...support from management and fellow team members when we have crazy ideas. Support to help make those crazy ideas become reality. Lastly, the students make it magical. First, we don't resent administration (well except for Williams ha). We are the true sense of a team. And the longer you are here, it becomes more and more a family. And that's the magic. Students are respected and safe and get to experience many special activities they would never get at another school. My answer has been the same from day one. Everyone works together and supports each other, the students are amazing and most importantly for me, decisions inside and out of the classroom are made with intention. What is best for the students, what will make their experience magical, is at the forefront of everything the Middle School does. I also appreciate the fact that everyone’s point of view is appreciated and welcomed.
