         <description><![CDATA[<div>-All chemicals, lotions, detergents, medicines, sanitizer's, and cleaners must be stored away from food, utensils, and food preparation areas.&nbsp;<br>-Any chemical product that is not in its original container must be clearly labeled as to its contents. For example, when you transfer a chemical from its original container to a spray bottle, the spray bottle must now be labeled with the name of the chemical.&nbsp;<br>-Pesticides and pesticide equipment cannot be present or stored in a food establishment.<br>-Applying any pesticide is strictly prohibited unless it is done by a professional, licensed pest control applicator.</div>]]></description>

The OSHA does this by enforcing workplace standards. These standards are in the Occupational Safety and Health Act. The EPA requires food service operations to track how they handle and dispose of cleaning products and pesticides.</div>]]></description>
