Adding on to this, it's more accurate to say it's Me vs Me. We should always be wanting to improve which is difficult to do unless we look at what we've been doing and how to do it better.

Feedback has to be two pronged. We deserve acknowledgement for the good work we do along with constructive feedback to improve our practice. We really want to embed good pedagogy, so knowing what is AND isn't high quality is valuable.
