    Google Chat Spaces is useful because it is already integrated into Google Workspace, making it easily accessible through district gmail accounts. Instructional coaches can create specific chat rooms for PLCs, grade-level teams, or PD cohorts. Coaches can use this as a day-to-day check-in system and ongoing coaching conversations because conversations are archived and can be accessed through any device.

Floor can help coaches mentor educators through feedback on instructional improvements without needing to wait for a meeting time.

Coaches can choose among many of the sessions to present and lead conversations during PLCs or PDs around ethical classroom integration. This tool will support coaches in their efforts to support teachers and staff understanding of AI as a tool to enhance learning for students. This tool has created the ISTE+ASCD, which also contains a unique AI coaching resource with research-based publications for coaches and teachers to use as a guide.
