         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p><strong>Remind </strong></p><p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.remind.com">https://www.remind.com</a> </p><p>Remind is a communication app that instructional coaches, educators and staff can use to communicate in real-time messaging without needing to exchange personal contact information. It is especially useful for sending out announcements, reminders, and feedback outside of regularly scheduled coaching, PLC, or PD meetings. You can also schedule messages in advance, and it also supports inclusive communication through language translation features. </p><p><br/></p></li><li><p><strong> Google Chat + Spaces</strong></p><p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://workspace.google.com/products/chat/">https://workspace.google.com/products/chat/</a></p><p>Google Chat Spaces is useful because it is already integrated into Google Workspace, making it easily accessible through district gmail accounts. Instructional coaches can create specific chat rooms for PLCs, grade-level teams, or PD cohorts. Communication is available in real-time, files can easily be shared and accessed, and tasks ca be tracked. Coaches can use this as a day-to-day check-in system and ongoing coaching conversations because conversations are archived and can be accessed through any device. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

Coaches can observe recorded classroom instruction and leave time-stamped comments, offering reflective, asynchronous support. This tool encourages teachers to participate in self-reflection practices while also receiving feedback from their coaches without interfering or interrupting class time instruction. </p></li><li><p>Google Forms + Sheets</p><p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://forms.google.com">https://forms.google.com</a></p><p>This tool allows coaches and teachers to collect and analyze instructional trends and PLC meeting data efficiently and consistently. It is also customizable for tracking classroom walkthroughs and other PLC observations. Coaches can use Google Forms to log observation data and Google Sheets to monitor the trends found within the data and observations. This combination of tools simplifies documentation and organization, and supports reflective discussions of actual patterns. </p></li></ol><p><br></p>]]></description>

Floop helps coaches give feedback in a timely way, as soon as teachers upload a digital document like assessment, tracker, lesson, or worksheet coaches, can immediately access these and select from pre-written comments or select specific sections within the documents to give feedback. Floor can help coaches mentor educators through feedback on instructional improvements without needing to wait for a meeting time.</p><p><br/></p><ol start="2"><li><p><strong>TeachBoost</strong></p></li></ol><p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://teachboost.com/coach/">https://teachboost.com/coach/</a></p><p>TeachBoost is a collaborative coaching tool that brings together tracking goals, PLC and PD notes, and specific coaching goal cycles in a single platform. Coaches can visibly align feedback with teacher goals and create shared action steps. Coaches rely on data that Teachboost tracks and interprets to support data-driven mentoring and helps teachers continue to participate in reflective practices. </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

Instructional coaches can use these tools to facilitate conversations on responsible AI use, privacy, and bias during PLC or PD meetings. These resources are helpful for ensuring that staff and students both understand how to use AI ethically and transparently. </p></li><li><p><strong>AI for Educators Toolkit by ISTE</strong></p><p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://iste.org/AI">https://iste.org/AI</a></p><p>This tool serves as a guide for coaches to model responsible AI use. It provides a framework centered around equity, data privacy, and student safety. Coaches can choose among many of the sessions to present and lead conversations during PLCs or PDs around ethical classroom integration. This tool will support coaches in their efforts to support teachers and staff understanding of AI as a tool to enhance learning for students. This tool has created the ISTE+ASCD, which also contains a unique AI coaching resource with research-based publications for coaches and teachers to use as a guide. </p></li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>
