Anyone else on here with a kinesthetic VARK learning preference? How do you learn and acquire new information? When I listen to someone explaining, I pay attention to any personal examples that they use as that helps me remember and apply them to my own experience. When I read, I tend to make associations with how I do it and learn from my own good or bad examples. If someone is showing me how to use a new system on a computer, I like to ask to be the one doing it and them watching over my shoulder and giving me instructions. Could anyone with a kinesthetic VARK learning preference give me more tips on what I can do to ensure I learn best?
