Please explain your answer.</p><p>I chose option 1 because the toad in the hole will look good on the plate and is easy to cook. Also, it is a good way to use the bread in the actual presentation. The tomato and cheese will also look and taste great!</p><p>DESIGN YOUR BREAKFAST: briefly describe what your breakfast is going to look like.</p><p>I will cut a love heart shape out of my bread, so the egg will be fried in there (toad in the hole), the cheese will be melted on top and tomato around the outside.</p><p><b>EVALUATE: assess your breakfast honestly below.</b></p><p>1. Were you able to prepare the breakfast so that it was the correct temperature when served? Discuss how you did this (you need to write more than yes or no).</p><p>No, because I didn't calculate how long the egg would take to set and how long the bacon would take yo cook. The bacon was cold by the time I got my egg on the plate.</p><p>2. Explain how you presented your meal so that it looked visually appealing. How could you improve this?</p><p>The love heart looked really good, I think next time I could cut the hole a little bit better.</p><p>3. List 2 safety rules that you considered when preparing the breakfast.</p><p>- using the correct coloured chopping board for the meat and fruit/vegetables</p><p>- ensuring the handle of the frying pan is away from heat and away from walkways</p><p>4. If you were preparing the breakfast again, what changes would you make to improve he final outcome?</p><p>I would get a garnish, like parsley or spring onion to add colour and flavour to the breakfast </p><p>5. Using the information above, comment on the nutritional value of your breakfast.</p><p>My breakfast was moderately healthy. The egg and bacon were fried in butter, so they aren't very healthy.
