It's made to be eaten. 
Success: I believe this product is probably successful due to people wanting to watch their health or weight. People may want to consume a lot of protein in the day while still being able to consume foods like pancakes. If the product is good AND healthy to people then it's probably a big reason for its success.
Target Market: The targeted audience for this product is most likely people who like eating foods filled with protein, like people who lift weights at the gym for example. People who are conscious of what they eat, or prefer to eat protein over pure carbs also are targeted. 
Would I Buy: Yes!! I would definitely buy this product. Target Market: The targeted audience is people who like meat, Bar-B-Q foods, or people who want to try Al " Bubba" Baker's products.
