         <description><![CDATA[<p>In my case I think that I need to improve many things, one of them is to sleep well, although many times it is difficult for me, but the truth is that when I have the opportunity to sleep well, I dont do it because I stay up very late on the phone, yesterday was one of those nights when I should go to bed early and I didnt do it. Another thing I need to improve is my nutrition, I don't remember when was the last time I ate well, sometimes I don't even eat anything or I skip breakfasts or lunches, for example today I didn't even have lunch.          <description><![CDATA[<p>I follow some of her recommendations: first, sleep. When I was at my 3 year of career I had a very bad sleep routine, I was counting my hours of sleep in 24 hours it was just 4 or 5 of them, and that's because I had so much time studying and getting myself ready for classes and rounds. I began to feel that I was developing burnout. Then I proposed myself to sleep at least 6 hours, and then it was 7. Right now I'm sleeping very well and my memory just upgraded. The next topic is the food. I was eating very badly, in very bad hours, for example, a full dinner at 11 pm clock. I gained weight and developed Irritable bowel syndrome, but then I proposed to eat at adequate hours and not very late at night, and now my weight is more stable. The one tip i don't follow its meditation. Its a habit i used to have but in this moment i think its pretty hard for me because you need to be in the present moment, so I struggle a little whit this.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Normally I do not apply any of the recommendations mentioned in the video, for 4 months I have been trying to do more physical activity, I try to go to the gym at least three times a week, but I had surgery a month ago and I have not been able to exercise again I really sleep very little and eat very few vegetables. I think that if I start following the recommendations I could feel much better in my daily life.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I don't think I have any of the 3 habits. Personally, I try to eat well but sometimes it is difficult to resist cravings. I also don't consider myself disciplined when it comes to sleeping. And lastly, I'm not exercising either.</p><p>A few months ago I went to the gym and trained for 1 to 2 hours. I was also trying to eat well because I chose foods rich in proteins and carbohydrates. In fact, I have done intermittent fasting to define my body and achieve results, but I have not been able to maintain my habits and I became careless. It can lead to serious health problems, mostly caused by stress and lack of exercise, for example in my case I am studying medicine, so most of the times I can’t sleep eight hours, or I have a lot responsibilities that demand a lot of time and stress. my daily stress levels make me an irritable person, because I am exhausted, but in general I try to have a healthy life. Some activities that I implement in my daily routine are the mediterrenean diet and exercise. I don’t meditate but I always pray, it is my way to clear my mind.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>For a few months now I have had problems sleeping, during the June holidays last year I did not sleep well at all during those two months, I always woke up at the same time, like 2:30, after that I consulted the doctor, they sent me pills sleep happens, appointment with the psychologist, I couldn't use screens of any kind 2 hours before falling asleep and I discovered guided meditation which was the best thing that happened to me, but I have to continue putting this into practice because if I get careless I won't go back to sleep Well, I could also practice the topic of exercise because I know that it is something that would help me a lot to sleep better and I try to try but I don't like going to the gym, I prefer sports, I like swimming, but I can't go very often, so I am looking to enter a sport that I like more.</p><p>Solanye Araque M</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Taking into account the recommendations in the video, to be honest at this moment I'm a very sedentary person, since I entered university I became like that, now it's worse because I stay in the hospital doing very tiring shifts, but before I did a lot of sports and played volleyball , but I know that you have to make time for everything and at this moment I'm trying to be more active again. On the other hand, I have to say that I have never meditated either, nor do I have friends or acquaintances who do, but it sounds interesting.</p><p><br></p><p>And well, the thing about sleeping well, the truth is I don't do it, my sleeping times change and even more so now that I work night shifts at the hospital and 18 hour shifts, I'm always tired, I like to sleep a lot during the day and now Then I stay up late unnecessarily.</p><p><br></p><p>The only point I have in favor is to eat well, I don't eat as healthy as we say but I do have to be careful with certain foods because I have irritable bowel syndrome.</p><p>Valentina Grajales</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Well, for me the recomendations that are mentioned on the video, first of all , when i was at the 4th year of medicine i had a bad time during the rounds of surgery and ginecology, it was a really sick time,i started to gain weigth becaise i didnt have the time for taking a nap or just like disconect misefl from the academy, it was really stresfull and also my habits from that moment were really poorly talking about health, i used to just ate fast food or just 1 meal at day untul i had to pass the medical round at 5 or 6 pm just preparing all of the patients floor , and the carreer has also taken a lot of my daily routines, nowadays i just stopped practicing sports or doing excercise, i know that i have to return to this healthy lifestyles but i struggle to just start and get the time, and personally the time that i just have free i dont meditate , i also like to take a roadtrip or just get out in my motorcicle just to take off of the routine.</p><p><br/></p><p>Fabio</p>]]></description>
