For Collins, the tattoo is important because it would be symbolic to her and that she is willing to risk wearing it forever and if it wasn't permanent she would just be another statistic or normal as you would day. For collins the tattoo was just getting another tattoo but then, The dude messed him or her arm up .collins was devestated and thought that she would have to deal with the thing on arm for the rest of her life . So she tried scrapping it off but that messed it up even more . But overall She knew it would be permanent . She knew it would be there when she grows old and when she died . Is that tattoos can show off the style of what ever kind it is, it can lead to a different personality and gets treated differently. There's many type of tattoos that can be like mature or the kindly ones like those characters from a kids TV show, I would personally not get a tattoo because that's not even my style and I would prefer those arm paints in Manzanillo, MX.  People thinks they could be cool or awesome and I'm fine with that, I don't really care if that person has like a small tattoo or written on a words/names but with the people who has like a lot of them then I'm not gonna get along with that person.
