Pendang Lake Resort was first established on January 1, 2006 and is the only resort in the Pendang district. Pendang Lake Resort has commenced full operations as a subsidiary under the management of Usima Sdn Bhd. The company also owns another inn located in Ayer Keroh Melaka, namely Usima Forest Resort Sdn Bhd.
Pendang Lake Resort was once an area surrounded by green and beautiful paddy fields. Pendang Lake Resort is also known as ‘Kolam Mada’ by the local community, especially in Pendang. This area is the focus of people to have recreation every evening and unlike most regular resorts which have relatively similar elements, Pendang Lake Resort offers a variation that is a very soothing peaceful village atmosphere. The cool air at the location of a 12 -hectare lake surrounded by rice fields is also an interesting attraction. In addition, it is also equipped with a variety of facilities and comfortable accommodation at affordable prices, Pendang Lake Resort also promises a beautiful panorama with green landscapes, tranquil lakes and the beauty of its surroundings.
Furthermore, Pendang Lake Resort can accommodate a total of 700 guests and has 51 rooms consisting of various sizes and prices. In addition, there are 10 halls, namely 6 closed halls, 3 open halls and 1 porch.

In addition, Pendang Lake Resort also provides various activities, services, facilities, and benefits to visitors. Among the activities provided by Pendang Lake Resort are water sports activities, hiking, camping, parties, weddings, fishing and extreme sports. Pendang Lake Resort is a special attraction location for kayaking activities on a 12 -hectare lake with a length of 300 meters while a width of 205 meters and a depth of five meters. Therefore, people can use kayaking equipment, tents, canopies, electronic facilities and so on.

I was interview by a company director of Pendang Lake Resort Puan Nurul Rohayu Binti Mohd Yusuf.
My Supervisor at this resort Nur Syazwani Binti Mohammad Zabid.
Puan Nurul Rohayu as me detail of resort that I read in profile company file.
Giving first task prepare a proposal for attraction at Pendang Lake Resort.
I did an assignment with an internship friend. This task taught me to cooperate in completing the assignment given by Syazwani.
I was introduced to all the staff at this resort and go home.

The proposal entitle Attraction at Pendang Lake Resort. The proposal have some correction that need to be made. Submit proposal which correction that have been made.
We have prepare to pray before leaving at City Plaza for company event. All staff leave for City Plaza. After arrive that destination,we were instructed to be in their respective groups. The bowling match event was conducted as planned. Giving a hamper prizes to the winners.We had dinner at D' Shellout with all staff to strengthen the relationship between staff.
The event has ended and go home.

Continue make key in database 2017 and 2019. I was asked to help the housekeeping team clean. Now I have learned that housekeeping is probably the most important task done at a resort on a daily basis. If housekeeping doesn’t do its job as expected, the resort could lose business. Resort guests expect their rooms to be cleaned with the utmost precision and attention to detail. The cleanliness of the resort is a major selling factor.
