         <description><![CDATA[<div>- All foods must be handled properly and carefully to prevent contamination.<br>- Foods that are proteins like meat, poultry, fish and eggs must be handled with extra care because they can carry bacteria.<br>- To prevent cross-contamination which is the spread of bacteria from a contaminated food to something else, keep raw food away from any other food you are cooking with.<br>- <strong>Must</strong> thoroughly cook through meat and thoroughly wash the dishes because under cooked meat may have disease causing bacteria in/on them.</div>]]></description>
