One company I worked for planned to change from using pen and paper to using Ipads, to keep all the medical and day to day notes.
I didn't stay long enough to see this happen but was concerned how it would work considering the older age of most staff, the potential accessibility issues and time management.

Political Environment.

One example is if Government decided to take away people's penal rates, for instance that of hospital staff.

This would impact the amount of people willing to do shift work and work weekends.

B) Political Environment; The law for min wage has gone up. So every shop that has minimum wage staff has to increase there wage to met the law.
C) People or human resources; An employee leaving. For example, the Four square's post lady has left on maternity leave and the other staff member that is trained on post has left.
D) The structure of the organisation; The company has a structure but is no enforcing it. For example an employee always shows up late or doesnt show at all. The boss of the business is passive and always lets her off the hook but all the employees are made and want her gone, The manager wants to give her a written warning the boss refuses.
