         <description><![CDATA[<div>A family physician in Edmonton, Alberta, Dr. Ngozika Mbonu completed family medicine training at the University of Alberta. In addition to treating patients of all ages, she maintains a particular interest in evidence-based preventive health promotion, preventive medicine, skin and women’s health. Dr. Chinwe Ngozika (Ngozi) Mbonu also holds a Master of Public Health and a PhD in public health from Maastricht in the Netherlands, where she conducted extensive research on social stigmas around HIV/AIDS. She completed post-graduate training in practical dermatology in the United Kingdom.<br><br>In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Ngozi C. Mbonu serves as a board examiner and as an assessment supervisor in the clinical assessment program at the University of Calgary. Dr. Mbonu maintains membership in professional organizations including the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Alberta Medical Association, and the College of Family Physicians of Canada. She is a Fellow of Royal Society of Public Health.<br><br>Fluent in English, Dutch, and Ibo, Dr. Mbonu serves as board director of the St. Albert Primary Care Network. She enjoys walking and Zumba dance workouts in her free time.<br><br></div>]]></description>
