3 Key Take-Aways from today's Lesson for me are: There is a clear problem in the education system with "Bad" Teachers not actually teaching students but instead just collecting a check. One of the more important things, is that Teachers Need to Care for their students. Caring for the students education is crucial to the success of that student. Far too many students are just shoved down the pipeline, and not actually educated. To actually educate students, one of the things a Teacher must do, is keep the attention of the students under control. This takes work at times, and can be exhausting.

This builds trust so that students understand that all their teacher's efforts to encourage them to complete their school work comes from a good place.
2. Not all teachers are "trustworthy" in their instruction, and it's concerning that so many feel entitled to this trust from their students and their parents, even when it's brought to their attention that what they're doing isn't working that well.
3. Students' strengths need to be focused on and nurtured so that every student has the opportunity to feel they are smart and just as capable as their classmates.

Even a substitute teacher can change the way a student is and how they look at themselves.
