I fully agree with your statement. Many of our older teachers struggle to adapt to these new technologies. They find it very difficult to make use of the various tools and technologies introduced to them. Training could be very helpful as it will improve their skills and make teaching a lot more easier and faster. This will be a huge advantage to the teacher, the school and the learners.

I agree with your statement. ICT courses for educators should be mandatory.

I fully agree with your statement Nulyn I
think ICTs are very essential to the learning process it stimulates the minds of the young learners and keeps them more focused in the classroom.
Teachers should also be trained so that they can effectively implement these ICT tools in the classroom.
The technology is vastly changing and I think it is therefor important to introduce different types of teaching methods using these ICTs and have proper and extensive training which will allow teachers to be more comfortable when using these ICTs.
