Sadly in the world today many people aren’t accepting of others when they look at them. If they have a ripped shirt or the color of someone’s skin  they treat them in a different way they bully, make them feel insecure and put them down. The song talks about this land is made for me and you and the writer means I am homeless and many people don’t see that i am just like you other than my appearance.
