Cats are independent creatures. They come to you when they want, and leave when they want some "Alone time". My cat, Onyx, loves our dog, Red. He actually grooms him (what a sweetheart!) every now and then. But sometimes he gets sick of Red. He bites Red's tail when he's in the way, or claws him when he's frisky. The point is, when your cat wants to be alone, LEAVE HIM/HER. It can get to be a real problem if you are in your cat's way. If you are, you might need some Band-Aids for later...!

Onyx loves looking outside. He's probably interested in another cat that lives out there. I know he really wants to go out there, but he can't. I live in an apartment, and the dog scat outside is harmful to the cats. Just think about it. If they accidentally step in the scat, and come back in and lick their paws, they might just get ringworm, or some kind of parasite in their bodies! And where does that leave you? In the vet's office, paying a whole bunch of money, for your cat. And where's your cat? Crying in the back room. So, if you live in just a house with no dogs and a large yard that has plants that aren't toxic to cats, then maybe. Just think before you just go and buy a cat harness and a leash.

Onyx absolutely LOVES toys!!! He plays like he's a beautiful dancing feather. He leaps so high... I think almost every furry friend loves their toys, but some can be harmful. Like, feathers, for example. They might swallow the feather or it's fuzz, and the dye can hurt them. Also, those hollow mice that the cat can easily crack open. And a VERY harmful one is YARN!!! Your kitty might swallow it, and that is SUPER DANGEROUS!!! The yarn might mess with the cat's internal organs like the lungs, or something like that. If you need help on finding a perfect toy, go to: http://www.petproductadvisor.com/buyers-guide/selecting-the-right-toys-for-your-cats-play-preference/130/page1.aspx
