In week 3, I had opened a small business account in Shopee called @kireicreatures to sell out my remaining paintings at a low price. Right now, no one buys it yet but it is going great! From then on, I learned that there's a seller site in Shopee and attended a brief course on how to sell in Shopee. Besides, I had painted 4 custom paintings for my clients (Sea Turtle, Divine Horse, Mushu, and Good Bois) and it turned out above my expectations. I even got a client from Eastern Malaysia and as far as the U.K. I always post my timelapse of my paintings on Instagram to attract more viewers and more custom paintings.

3. Your feelings and thoughts
 I felt so happy and appreciative because I had gotten more clients to compare to before. I presume that I will only get at most 1 client each week but now I got my hands full. Also, I gained quite an ample profit at the same time my paintings fulfilled my free time productively. :)

4. How did you learn and apply the skill of decision-making in your EP journey?
I get to apply my decision-making skills by planning ahead on which paintings to prioritize first as some paintings needed to be done first to be delivered on time. Besides, it was challenging at first to decide on the colors of my painting as my colors were limited to the colors I already have from previous "DIY Painting by numbers". (Yes, I did not buy any paint colors and brushes so that I can boost my profit XD). Buying canvas online also requires decision-making skills as it needs deep research and review reading to get the best quality of the canvas.

5. How did you manage your time throughout this EP journey?
I usually put up a goal to be done instead of managing my time each day because it is more motivating to do so. I usually takes my time drawing a painting per day (it could be any time of the day) and the following day would be editing my timelapse video of it and posting it on Instagram. I always free my weekends time as rest days.

8. Your plan for next week (Week 4)
My plan for Week 4 would also continue on painting the seven commissions I received. I will also continue promoting my business account in Shopee and Instagram as well as paint another my own creativity painting to be sold off.

In week 3, I have improved in terms of marketing, logo, and name making. Next, I have also beautified and updated social media with interesting pictures. Not only that, I also do cash on delivery (COD) to customers who place orders.

 

 

Very happy and satisfied with the previous effort and hard work on learning the tricks and arts in business.

 

 In my project, determining the quantity of products ordered is one of the challenges for me because if I make a mistake or do not follow the set plan I maybe will incur losses. not only that, determining the selling price and the capital price is also one of the things that need to be stressed so as not to suffer losses. from that thing, I learned to make good decisions overall.

 

 In terms of time management, I have limited my time to do projects and also spend my time having as much fun as possible.

 

My plan for week 4 is I will correct the lack of feedback given from customers and also the quality given. Next, I will make a comprehensive financial calculation to examine the profits and losses of the project.

2.     Your progress so far

This is my 3^rd week of my course. This week’s topic was dark matter and anti-matter. I have watched videos regarding this lecture and completed the quizzes and grading test. It was a confusing topic. Somehow, I manage to understand about dark matter and anti-matter.

4.     How did you learn and apply the skill of decision making in your EP journey?

Since this is my semester break and I am on my relaxing mood, I am little lazy and it is difficult for me to be consistent in finishing my course. However I do know that this EP is very important and I must complete it before the deadline. I chose this course because I always wanted to know more regarding this topic. Thus, I should make use of this opportunity and time well. I should stop procrastinating and make sure I finish this course and gain knowledge regarding this topic.

 

5.     How did you manage your time throughout this EP journey? 

I allocated minimum around 2 hour each day. Once I finish a subtopic I will complete the quizzes as well. If that particular subtopic is interesting than I will continue watching the next lectures. Thus, I will take break the next day. If I was busy and unable to complete my task for that day, I will make sure I spend more time the next following day.

I should finish watching the remaining leactures and complete the quizzes as well as grading test.

4. How did you learn and apply the skill of decision making in your EP journey?
Decision making in property investment is basically a hard thing to do. If we were to buy a house, we would think long before finally reach to a decision to sign the agreement of buying house called Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA). But when I learn throughout this EP journey, I gained countless knowledge and understood others’ experiences got scammed in buying their first house. Nevertheless, with the right knowledge, mentor and platform, we would be able to ease the process of 5-years decision making to 5-minutes long only. Of course, there is risk in property investment, which is the risk of loss. In our daily routine, we are vulnerable to risks actually, for example the risk of walking is tumbling. But with knowledge, one would know how to mitigate the risk in property investment. In property investment, those who fear risk but know how to mitigate it, become millionaires, some become billionaires. 

 5. How did you manage your time throughout this EP journey?
Managing time wouldn’t be difficult if you know how to separate the priorities. Therefore, how I did was by preparing a content writing the night before, so that on the day after that, I could update it on my social media instantly. Then, it wouldn’t bother me for my virtual class and daily routine.   

6. Your plan for next week (Week 4)
For the final week, I planned to be more steadfast as I was in updating my social media to keep spreading knowledge and gained more targeted audience, who is basically among those who are looking for a house but have no capital and wanting to earn 4- to 5-figure income through property investment.  

Each step is crucial in farming . From this project , I learnt that having more biodiversity results in healthier soil, less erosion, better water conservation, and healthier pollinators. This is all good news for the environment as a whole, making agriculture an important part of the cycle of life.

One good thing that i did was learning and discovering new things . I would have chose some easy online courses instead of learning agriculture , but my passion towards learning new things have made me to do my project on agriculture. 

However this project is not easy because i had to do some field work in order to achieve my project goal . Due to the pandemic , I couldn’t visit the farm frequently to learn. I had to visit only twice a week to learn . This will limit my experience. 

I would describe my project as productive and exciting .
