Some stuffs that was mentioned in these habits were already ones I am aware of, but it was still helpful insight nonetheless

I love the "Seek first to understand, then to be understood", because I have a bad habit of enforcing my own experiences and hardships to others and I don't know any other way to be helpful, but I've also got out of that habit too. I am also kind of a reactive person, sometimes proactive, so I guess a mix of both from time to time. Begin the end in mind is already something I do so yeah.

Put first things first, I'm really messy with things I do so I guess I need to work on that. Think win win sounds amazing, but some people don't want to try to win themselves so it's hard to have that kind of relationship with pessimistic people.

I can synergize really well with people I know well and people I have some kind of connection with. Lastly, sharpening your saw sounds new to me and I've never tried and do this myself so I will try and incorporate it in my habits.

I'm not as creative as I think I am, I'm more of a critical thinker than someone who imagines and comes up with great ideas. I tend to do well in collaborations when it's when I'm with people I know, and I think I'm average in communication as I'm really talkative.

I am really into information, data, and charts as I'm really a statistic person and I get excited over numbers for some reason. I have a poor social media presence as I'm not really knowledgeable how to publish anything decent and consistently, same goes for technology related stuffs as I have no idea what's going on when my friends talk about computer specs and such.

I'm flexible in certain areas, so I guess not actually flexible in a way? About leadership, I think I can manage leading a group as long as the members are willing to cooperate. I'm really initiative when it comes to other people, but with my own I'm really lazy, I push aside things that can improve my life and I don't know why sometimes but I'm trying to change that recently. Productivity, not at all, I have extreme procrastination. My social skills are atleast average or above average, I can converse with anyone easily and how I interact with them moving forward depends on how they responded to how I talked to them.

This whole thing makes me realize that I have a long way to go to be the best version of me, and that's a=fine and I will keep improving to get all those attributes atleas average or even high.

Looking at your end goal while approaching it is a good way to visualize what you want to attain and to take the necessary steps to get close to that end product you have in mind since the start.

2) Soft skills

It's skills that are basically needed in jobs. You need to be good at 5 (five) things which are; Time managements, Creative thinking, Networking, Conflict Resolution, and Teamwork.

Soft skills are skills that are already built upon just by growing up and are taking every experiences as a learning experience.

3) 4 things to focus on

My Attitude, Knowledge, Work Ethics, and Associations are the things that people who want to be successful should be focusing on.

These are basically things that are also helpful in life overall, skills like these carry over to different aspects of life and that's why it's so good, not only are you successful in the workplace but also everywhere.

I know that this routine would be detrimental to my future career so I'm still trying my best to get out of it, step by step.

This quote basically says that without self control, you cannot get to your accomplishments as achieving something in life requires you to sacrifice short term gratification which are exciting, in exchange of long term actions that are boring.

Discipline is important everywhere, you might not notice but you have discipline in a lot of aspects in your life, like turning off the faucet so the water isn't wasted, washing your hands before eating, and every other little things that you don't even notice.

2) "We are not studying for school but for life."

We are basically studying for our future, readying ourselves in the working world with these small exercises that teachers gives us that builds habits that will carry on when we grow up and will be handy.

Everything we learn from school will somehow transfer to our adult lives, and we never truly stop learning as adults either. We continue to learn more by living everyday and interacting with the world around us and meeting new people. So to be able to identify who are you in a deep sense way is kind of powerful, not everyone has that will power.

To be able to do all that, then you become an unstoppable living being that's only ever going to be stopped by death itself.

2) "#iMatter"

Sadly, it is often that we don't see ourselves as that important (me included) or as valuable as the next guy is, but the truth is you are.

Everyone matters, and we quite literally are made of matter, word play is amazing. Using a hashtag like this sounds so moving and touching as we rarely really assess ourselves and we're always busy about everything else but us (that is, if you're a decent human being) but truth is, we're as important as the people and things we think are more valuable than us.
