he depicted the atom with his expirement and model. he described atoms like they have big empty space and with a few electrons with a nucleus in the center.
The expirement is that he shot small positively charged alpha particles at a sheet of gold foil the atoms thinly dispersed positive charge would not be enough to deflect the particles in any one place the effect would have been like a bunch of tennis balls punching through the thin paper screen most of the particles passed threough but some bounced back this suggested that the foil was more like a thick net with a very large mesh.
the conclusion is that atoms cinsisted largely of empty space with a few electrons and moost of the mass was concentrated in the center.

he depicted the atom through the uncertainty principle. he described atoms like they have electrons moving around the it within a range of locations and that it was impossible to determine the exact position and speed of them.
the conclusion is that its impossible to determine the position and speed of the electrons and they move around the atoms and they cant be pinpointed but they exist in a range of locations.
