They then have to investigate how the fire was actually started or what it was caused by and then they have search and rescue people to go into rubble for example to search for people who may be trapped or stuck. You need to be confident in your own judgement and decision making. Responsibility is important because by choosing to be responsible it can improve the incident/situation. If you are responsible people know they can rely on you and put their faith in you to succeed. It is important to stay calm in tricky/hard situations but if you stay calm you stay focused and you can see things clearer and more openly. Being logical is important because it means you are fast thinking when it comes to situations for example if there was a fire you would use a fire extinguisher to put it out. It is important you have determination to succeed because it makes you push past resistance in your mind which says you can't do something but you find a way to do it.
