         <description><![CDATA[<p>We can stop paper wastage in Forrest Library by having more recycling bins in the library that are clearly labeled and easy to get to. Another great idea to stop wastage is to reuse paper products to make pieces of art, or give them to younger children who can use them. </p>]]></description>
