College acceptance is not determined by whether or not you eat pizza. Basically, being malnourished ( not getting enough nutrients) with deteriorate brain health and over health, yet eating special "super foods" like carrots ( filled with beta-carotene ), or fish, do not affect intelligence and do not affect the chances of college acceptance. Getting into college is based on a standardized process.
